This extraordinary double-sided watch combines rose gold and Grand Feu brown enamel decorations to update the collection. There is a perpetual calendar with retrograde date pointer on the front, and the date, month and leap year are displayed in the window. It also displays the hours and minutes of the mean solar time, as well as the moon phases.

On the back side, you can see the sidereal time, sky map, moon phase and orbit. This watch is highly praised by collectors, combined with an impressive 12 complications, making it Patek Philippe's second most complicated watch. These include a tourbillon and a minute repeater, which strike the cathedral gong and are powered by a mechanical manual winding movement.

The hand-carved rose gold case has a Grand Flame lining and a brown dial in cloisonne enamel. In fact, the crown, sliders, hour/minute hands and folding clasp are all hand-engraved with volutes and arabesques. The strap is made of hand-stitched alligator leather with square scales and a hand-engraved folding clasp.
